Reclaim Co respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through reclaimco.com.au, why, and what we do with it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us in your message. If you book a call, the booking tool collects the details you enter there. We don't ask for sensitive information, so please don't include any in your message.

We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk with you about your goals.
• To arrange and hold any meeting you book.
• To keep a simple record of our conversations if we go on to work together.

We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.

Who helps us

We use a small number of trusted services to run the website and our business. They only receive what they need to do their job:

• Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form submissions, which it emails to us.
• Google provides our email, calendar booking and the website font.

Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that take security seriously.

Cookies and website data

This website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our hosting and font providers automatically receive basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) when your browser loads the page.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email hello@reclaimco.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.
